- Removing the existing shower, tile, vanity, and flooring
- Tearing out the ceiling build-out above the shower and an enclosing wall
- Relocating HVAC venting to the ceiling
- Adding blocking to support a new custom shower door, niche, and grab bars

The new shower area now feels open and luxurious thanks to:
- A waterproofed Schluter shower system with a custom niche and built-in bench
- Gorgeous Roca Zellige White 2×16 wall tile finished with sleek Schluter aluminum edging
- A modern frameless sliding glass shower door
- A Moen brushed nickel shower system with a hand wand and transfer valve for added accessibility
The elegant touches continue onto the floor, where penny tile brings classic character and comfort underfoot. And for an extra boost of daily luxury? Schluter Ditra-Heat underlayment ensures the bathroom floor stays warm year-round.
Lighting, Layout, and High-End Finishes

- A new Broan recessed fan/light combo
- Two additional recessed LED lights
- A powered medicine cabinet
